Key Responsibilities: - Administer physician-prescribed treatments, including wound care and medication management.
- Assess, monitor, and document patients' treatment responses.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families about treatment regimens and preventive care.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.
Qualifications: - Valid RN license in the state in which you are applying.
- Experience in wound care and treatment preferred.
- Knowledge of current treatment practices and protocols.
- Strong clinical skills focused on patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
