The surgical services include outpatient, inpatient, open-heart and robotic surgery. This Surgical team is equipped with the latest diagnostic equipment and advanced technology.

Schedule: Day shift with some call

Position overview: The CVOR RN will be responsible for the delivery of safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the OR and other areas of perioperative services for all patient populations. You will be scrubbing in on case such as open-heart valve replacement, bypass surgery, CVOR RN must be proficient in open-heart case such as: CABG, CABG with Endoscopic Saphenous Vein Removal, Valves, Heart port approach for Valves as well as vascular and endovascular cases.

Requirements:
n
n- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; Associate or Bachelor Nursing Degree.
n- Current Registered Nursing License.
n- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support card by completion of ninety-day probationary period.
n- Would they need to have knowledge of Robotic CABG’s and TAVRs
n- Knowledge of going on-pump and coming off-pump.

Preferred Qualifications:
n
n- Two years of perioperative services experience in CVOR.
n- Certified Nurse, Operating Room (CNOR) certification.
n- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
n- All employees are required to be vaccinated or provide a valid medical or religious exemption.
