This is a job for a Physician - Day Shift Emergency Medicine a company located in the Meridian, MS area.nnJob Summary: 28,000+ annual visits with broad service area of 300,000 patients. 24 Bed Emergency Department. 215-Bed Hospital with closed 23 bed ICU and multi specialists within the system. 20 hours of MD coverage & 28 Hours NP Coverage. Level 3 Trauma Center. 12- Twelve-hour shifts constitute full time. Flexible Scheduling. Unique Patient Flow Center through Ochsner to provide 24-hour support and help with patient transfers. Bedside Ultrasound machine available and tech in-house 24/7. Hospitalist run codes, not the ED. Emergency Medicine Director on staff to provide mentorship and support. EPIC utilized throughout the health system.
