Hourly Base Rate:
Shift: Wednesday 12-hour shifts, Monday and Tuesday, 8-hour shift Wednesday
Hours Per Week: 32-hours

Job Summary: Provides leadership and serves as resource for staff. Responsible for decision making and problem solving on the unit. Teaches, guides and evaluates the performance of staff, including completion of performance appraisals and counseling. Performs established nursing procedures for patients based on the core competencies described in the staff nurse job description. Mandatory evening and weekend call.
Educational/Licensing: Registered Nurse, currently licensed in the State of Oregon. Current BLS, ACLS. PALS and Moderate Sedation class within 6 months.
Qualifications: Two years acute care experience. Two years ICU and or PACU/prior experience required within the past 5 years. Charge nurse experience preferred.
