Key Responsibilities: - Provide essential medical care under the supervision of registered nurses and doctors
- Administer medications, injections, and take vital signs
- Assist with patient comfort and hygiene
- Monitor patient health, reporting any significant changes
- Document medical information and care provided in patient records
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide a high standard of care
Qualifications: - Current RN license in the state of Louisiana
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Clinical experience as an RN, preferably in a healthcare facility
- Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate nature with a commitment to patient-centered care
