Primary Accountabilities (Essential Duties): - Work closely with department managers, supervisors, Leads and HR to ensure training needs are met across the organization.
- Maintain the Training Matrix by conducting weekly audits against the Production Staffing Roster and effectively communicating outstanding or missing required certifications to leaders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for all employees, ensuring compliance with ISO certification requirements.
- Distribute and collect training materials, assessments, and certifications for new hires.
- Partners with the Production Leaders to ensure job training and certification processes are being followed by updating the Work Instruction Requirements in accordance with ISO.
- Assist in the coordination and scheduling of ongoing training sessions for current employees, including safety, quality and operational training.
- Provides weekly reporting on outstanding additional training to leadership, as needed.
- Partners with Production Liaison to determine retraining and training needs due to revised work instructions.
- Other training duties as assigned.

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a production/manufacturing environment, HR or training coordination is a plus.
- Experience in document management systems. Knowledge of work instructions throughout the plant is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Suite products (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with diverse teams and collaborating across departments.

Work Environment: Environment:
- Combination of office and manufacturing floor setting.
- Exposure to vibration and occasionally works near moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
