This role with be involved with field operations by managing the day-to-day orders and toolroom needs.nnEssential Functions and ResponsibilitiesnnMonitor Vendor pricing and availability.nnMaintain emailed orders from the field.nnMaintain strict confidentiality and professionalism while balancing field and office needs.nnEstablish a solid working relationship with all vendors.nnHelp warehouse/tool room when in need.nnPerform other assigned duties as needed.nnMaintain toolroom inventory orders from vendors.nnQualificationsnn2+ years’ tool knowledgennKnowledge and understanding of various types of construction equipment a plus.nnProficiency in computer usage above basic Microsoft Office and Windows skills.nnExperience with AS400/Trueline or DOS based accounting system a plus.nnProven experience in multi-tasking, customer service and serving a reactive work environment a must.nnMust possess strong organizational skills.nnProfessionalism in all interpersonal communication in written and verbal form.nnWorking hours minimum 6:30am – 4:00pm (Monday – Friday)nnSome weekend and weeknight calls.
