What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for performing duties concerned with the care of the sick and injured, prevention of illness, and promotion of good health, in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential functions:

1. n

   Serve as sites disability co-coordinator and attend monthly department of labor disability conference call meetings. Atten interdisciplinary team meetings regarding applicant file review and coordination of accommodations.

   n

2. n

   Render first aid treatment and assist physician in treating serious accidents or illnesses.

   n
n
3. n

   Cleanse and dress wounds, operate emergency equipment and provide follow-up nursing care as required.

   n
n
4. n

   Prepare and administer specified medications and drugs and assist in developing programs to prevent or control diseases and accidents.

5. n

   Perform routine lab tests in accordance with approved standards.

   n

6. n

   Monitor students restricted to the infirmary.

Education and Experience Requirements :

n
• n

  Valid licensed practical nurse (LPN) or medical assistant (MA) in the state of employment required.

  n

• n

  A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
