Certification Details BLS ACLS Job Requirements Must have Telemetry ability to read strips Unit Specific Information Unit Information: 61529 Med/Surg Number of Beds: 29 beds but can overflow adults in peds for a total of 39 Number of Staff: when at 39 we call for a charge, 8 RN, and our ACT Type of staff: Day Shift charge, 8 RNs, and ACT from 10am-10pm. Night Shift - charge, 8 RNs and ACT from 10am-10pm Patient Ratios: 5:1 Type of equipment: remote telemetry EMR: MediTech Typical procedures performed on units: Post-op surgical patients, Some cardiac drips such as amio and dilt.
