Shift/Hours: 40 Hour work week with Tuesday and Wednesday off
Pay Rate: Minimum: $17
Maximum: $17

Customer Service Representative Position Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting current and potential customers, recommending storage solutions, and performing associated administrative duties.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities Include:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  
• Read, understand, and explain contracts, lease agreements, and associated fees to customers
  
• Maintain up-to-date customer information
  
• Assist customers in viewing account balances, processing payments, and answering billing inquiries.
  
• Provide administrative support and duties
  
• Perform all duties in a manner consistent with Company quality assurance standards
  
• Provide timely feedback to management regarding customer concerns

Customer Service Representative Associate Requirements:

• 2 years of customer service experience
  
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  
• Self-storage preferred
  
• Bronx resident is preferred
