Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU Job Type: Full-Time, Nights Commitment Bonus (2-Year): $15,000 for Day Shift or $20,000 for Night Shift Shift Differentials: Evening $2.50/hour / Night $4.00/hour / Weekend $1.50/hour Department/Unit Summary Join our team in a 12-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), our ICU operates with a 1:2 nurse to patient ratio. We offer Telehealth intensivists for immediate support and manage a diverse range of diagnoses including respiratory failure, cardio/pulmonary disease, sepsis, and diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA). Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, administering specialized treatments, monitoring critical conditions, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Additional requirements include: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) is required within 30 days of hire. AHA ACLS and AHA PALS are required within six months of hire.
