Here, you will work alongside passionate and dedicated caregivers, receive endless support and appreciation and build a rewarding career.nnWilloughby Hills Family Health Center provides comprehensive services for adults, such as diagnosing and treating health problems that require prompt attention, conducting general physical examinations and performing screenings, which may detect health problems early.nnA caregiver in this position typically works between the hours of 8:00AM - 5:00PM. There is one evening shift required (approximately 11:30am - 8:00PM) per week and a half day Saturday (8:00AM - 12:00PM) once per month.nnA caregiver who excels in this role will:nnProvide patient care activities under the direction of a Registered Nurse and/or physician.nnCollect and document objective and subjective data and observations about patients.nnComplete nursing assessments and report all data.nnImplement the current nursing care plan, medication or treatment and communicate patients' responses.nnObserve patients for adverse reactions to medications or treatments.nnPerform routine laboratory tests.nnEducate patients and family members.nnMinimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:nnGraduate of an approved school of practical nursing.nnCurrent Ohio license as a Licensed Practice Nurse.nnBasic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).nnPreferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:nnOne year of patient care experience.nnOur caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
