Your new company

My client, an outstanding private equity firm, is seeking to recruit a COO for their Midwest Platform Company, overseeing a portfolio of mechanical contractor companies with revenues $200m+ and growing.

Your new role

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the CFO, the COO will oversee the company's day-to-day operations, support the portfolio company Presidents, and drive further growth both organic and through further acquisitions. The COO will play a key role in acquisition integrations and driving synergy.

What you'll need to succeed

We are seeking a seasoned leader with significant experience in the construction, engineering, infrastructure, or solar energy industries. The role can be based anywhere in the Midwest, with regular travel to Indiana, Illinois, Michigan and Ohio.
