Job Title: Advertising Operations Specialist
Location: Remote
Job Type: W2 Contract
Duration: 12 Months with possible extension
Pay: $45-$50/Hour
Job Summary:
A Social Media Giant is seeking an experienced professional to manage and coordinate email campaign execution. The role involves working closely with campaign execution specialists, marketers, and marketing operations managers to ensure effective campaign delivery. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing campaign performance, and providing reporting documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Review campaign plans to plan and coordinate execution activity.
- Consult with campaign execution specialists, marketers, and marketing operations managers to assess campaign needs and technical requirements for email campaign execution.
- Provide stakeholders with technical support such as issue identification, triage, and documentation.
- Surface campaign execution feedback on tooling and processes to marketing operations managers.
Qualifications:
- Experience in managing complex email marketing campaigns.
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep experience with working cross-functionally and ability to manage and prioritize multiple team initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and software (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, etc.).
Top 3 must-have HARD skills:
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and software (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, etc)
- Building email journeys
- Communications skills ( verbal and written)
Good to have skills:
- Juggling tasks
- Self started and detail orientated
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a field such as marketing, communications, computer science, computer engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in the marketing field.
