Our client, in Pharmaceutical Industry is seeking a Buyer/Planner/Material Scheduler to join their team. The ideal candidate will have ERP planning, Forecasting, Supply chain/warehousing, SAP experience which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Onsite - Elkhorn, NE 68022
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Buyer/Planner/Material Scheduler to manage routine and ad hoc purchasing needs, maintain master data systems, and ensure efficient supply chain processes. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to meet operational goals and requires strong attention to detail, ERP expertise, and effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update master data and material master systems.
Handle purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely updates based on inventory changes.
Perform routine and ad hoc purchasing tasks.
Utilize ERP systems, including SAP, for planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
Collaborate on supply chain, warehousing, and transportation needs.
Generate reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
Relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
Experience:
2-5 years of relevant experience in buyer/planner/material scheduler roles.
Experience in sourcing within pharmaceutical or related industries is preferred.
Skills:
Proficient in ERP systems, forecasting, MRP, supply chain, and inventory management (SAP preferred).
Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in the MS Office suite.
Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in team environments.
Adaptability to complex and dynamic situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA is a plus.
Demonstrated leadership and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures.
