Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to review, plan, and evaluate resident care
• Accurately document resident condition and nursing needs
• Oversee nursing assistant assignments and adjust based on care requirements
• Administer treatments, medications, and execute physician orders
• Communicate with families regarding changes in medications or resident condition
• Ensure care plans are continually reviewed and updated
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse license and other state-required licensure
