As our Conference Center Manager, you'll:
Event Management:
Oversee daily operations of diverse events at Truist Center
Coordinate with clients, from meet-and-greets to post-event follow-ups
Manage on-site event logistics, including catering and A/V support
Ensure top-notch visitor experience and assistance
Maintain safety and sanitation standards
Conduct regular inspections and reporting
Administrative Excellence:
Coordinate event labor, including janitorial and security
Manage catering team relationships
Collaborate with the Community Manager for seamless operations
Master A/V equipment operation and maintenance
Complete timely reports for management and clients
Leadership:
Supervise and develop the Conference Center team
Ensure optimal staffing and cross-train with the Community Manager
Uphold JLL and Truist Center standards
Participate in hiring and training processes
Coach team members for peak performance
We are looking for professionals with:
A high school diploma or GED
People management and strong event management experience.
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively - this job is very fast-paced and requires daily collaboration with your team.
Computer literacy including proficiency with Google Suite.
Schedule Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. with some flexibility needed
Pay $65,000+ depending on experience
