Director of Human Resources – Rapid Growth – Consumer-focused Services

Our client is a leading consumer-focused services business with multi-location operations dispersed across the USA. The company has recently been backed by an industry leading private equity sponsor with plans to significantly scale the business through greenfield investments.

We are seeking an experienced and self-managed Human Resources and Corporate Culture leader to pilot a well-tuned and efficient human resources function poised to support the enterprise as it makes the jump to the next level. You will build-out a scalable foundation ready for exponential growth with particular emphasis on effective recruitment and retainment. You will nurture a dynamic, results-focused culture while developing processes to augment employee success, learning & development. Your mandate is to be a strategic and forward-thinking Partner supporting the Executive Management team as you together strive to be an Employer of Choice, creating exciting and enriching career paths for their employees.
