Licensed Practical Nurse to work at a facility in

40hrs Travel Package Weekly Gross Pay = $1000
Local Hourly Rate (Taxable) = $25
Weekly Travel Stipend Non-Taxed- goes to the net pay = $1246 (Hotel-770 Meals-476)
Total Weekly ($1246 is not taxed)= $2246 Feels like per hour = $56.15
$2246 div 40 hours = $56.15
Shift Details :
The requirements are: - At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- A valid and current LPN license issued within the US
- A valid and current CPR card
- Experience n ER, Psychiatric, MS or Clinic
- Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients.
Job Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. Perform routine patient assessments and document findings accurately.
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and maintain proper documentation of medication administration.
- Regularly monitor and record patients'vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse rate, temperature, and respiration rate.
- Assist with wound care, dressings, and rehabilitation procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information, progress, and assessments using electronic medical records (EMR) or other designated systems.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, registered nurses, and other members of the interdisciplinary team, to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about healthcare procedures, medications, and post-treatment care instructions to promote effective self-management and recovery.
- Follow established infection control protocols, including proper hand hygiene, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and safe disposal of medical waste.
- Act swiftly and effectively during emergencies, implementing appropriate nursing intervention and alerting the appropriate personnel as necessary.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to best practices, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintains compliance and complies with annual requirements
- Successfully completes required employment-related documentation, testing, and screenings in a timely manner
