Here, you will work alongside passionate and dedicated caregivers, receive endless support and appreciation, and build a rewarding career with one of the most respected healthcare organizations in the world.nnWeston Hospital's Intermediate Intensive Care Unit provides care to patients that require a higher level of care than routine, yet not to the degree of intensity of critical care.nnA caregiver in this position works 7:00 am - 7:30pmnnCaregiver requires 1-2 years previous inpatient RN experiencennA caregiver who excels in this role will:nnProvide direct nursing care.nnImplement, monitor, evaluate, update and revise patient care plans.nnMonitor, record, document and communicate patients' conditions.nnAdminister prescribed medications and treatments.nnNote and carry out physician and nursing orders.nnAssess and coordinate patients' discharge needs.nnEducate patients and their families.nnMinimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:nnGraduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.nnCurrent state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).nnBasic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).nnOne year of current acute care RN experience.
