Your Role as a Registered Nurse

• Supervise patient care and treatments, lead assessments, create tailored care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families by understanding their unique needs.
• Collaborate with different departments for coordinated care and provide direct patient care as necessary.
• Serve as a resource for colleagues, enhancing team support with complex patient needs.
• Celebrate patient milestones throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
