Our team operates within an 11-bed Emergency Department that is chest pain accredited and holds a Level 4 designation. We cater to patients of all ages, addressing a diverse range of medical needs.

We provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient medical services throughout Southwest Michigan.
Scope of Work
As an RN, you will adhere to the ANA scope of practice, applying the nursing process to deliver exceptional patient-centered care. This involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and discharging patients while actively collaborating with families for effective care planning. Documenting patient education and learning in health records will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring the highest standards of care according to Corewell Health policies.

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing required.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required within 5 years of hire.
- Graduates from non-accredited schools must have a minimum of one year of acute care experience or two years in a licensed healthcare role and must have passed the NCLEX licensure exam.
- Must hold a Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days.
- AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required within one year.
- NIH Stroke Certification (NIHSS) must be obtained within 90 days.
- AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required within one year.
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) must be completed within two years.
