Your Role as an LPN
n
As an LPN , you’ll be at the heart of our care team, ensuring residents receive safe and therapeutic care from admission to discharge. You’ll:

n- Collaborate with physicians, family members, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute care plans.
n- Utilize the nursing process to support residents’ mental and physical well-being.
n- Serve as a clinical role model and resource for your colleagues.

What You Need to Succeed
n
n- A current LPN license issued by the State of Iowa.
n- CPR Certification (required within six months of hire).
n- Experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.
