Location: Chillicothe, OH
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am- 5pm
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our outpatient clinic site. This role is essential to providing direct patient care, assisting in patient education, and supporting our medical staff. The ideal candidate is a patient-centered, organized, and detail-oriented individual with experience in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Physician.
• Perform urine drug screens, takes vitals, assist with patient evaluations.
• Administer medications and injections as directed by medical staff.
• Support patient education by reinforcing instructions provided by the medical team.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 2 years LPN experience
• CPR Certification
• Experience with labs, blood draws and injections
