Pediatrician - Newman, CA

Compensation: $140 to $155 per hourĀ 

Part-time

About the Job

We seek a dedicated and compassionate Pediatrician to join our growing healthcare team in Newman, CA. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents, ensuring optimal health and development. You will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to our young patients and their families.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of pediatric patients to diagnose and treat illnesses, infections, injuries, and other medical conditions.

  • Provide preventative care, including immunizations, health education, and regular check-ups.

  • Develop and implement treatment plans, prescribe medications, and monitor patient progress.

  • Advise parents and guardians on children's diet, hygiene, and disease prevention.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patients.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers and specialists to coordinate patient care.

  • Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in pediatric care.

  • Participate in community outreach and education programs to promote pediatric health

Qualifications :

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

  • Board certification in Pediatrics.

  • Valid medical license to practice in California (or eligibility to obtain one).

  • Proven experience as a Pediatrician.

  • Strong understanding of child development and pediatric healthcare.

  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on medical research and advancements.
