- Schedule:
- Minimum of three shifts per week.
- Flexible scheduling with 8-12 hour shifts based on procedural needs.
- Availability required every week (no week-on/week-off schedules).
- Workload:
- High-volume, high-acuity environment with a variety of surgical cases.
- No inpatient/outpatient rounding required.
- On-site and potential shifts at nearby satellite locations.
- Overtime Policy: Applied after 40 hours per workweek.
- Electronic Medical Records System: Epic
Case Types: - General anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, and regional anesthesia.
- Obstetrics, pediatrics, and neonatal cases.
- Neurosurgical, complex orthopedic, thoracic (non-cardiac), and vascular cases.
- Post-operative pain management including epidurals and extremity blocks.
Key Qualifications: - Active CRNA certification and ACLS/PALS required.
- 60-day estimated credentialing timeframe.
- Experience with ventilation management, central line placement, and arterial line placement preferred.
- Must be comfortable working in a high-paced surgical setting.

- No supervision of advanced practice providers or residents required.
- Six-month commitment preferred for ongoing availability.
