The Fairview Park City Schools has openings for Substitute Bus Drivers for the 2024-2025 school year.
QUALIFICATIONS :
High school diploma
Valid Ohio CDL Driver License with a school bus endorsement
A safe driving record (per abstract results)
Previous school bus driving experience
Friendly and polite demeanor and the ability to work well with students and adults
Evidence of exceptional attendance and work record
Evidence of strong disciplinary strategies for working with students
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Transport students to and from school on an as-needed basis
Maintain proper student behavior while they are riding the bus
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by the Director of Operations
Maintain the general cleanliness of the bus
Communicate with the appropriate people any deficiencies as they pertain to the operation of the bus

SALARY :
$17.52 per hour (guarenteed two (2) hours per morning and afternoon assignments including travel, preparation, fueling and route time)
