Regulatory Administrator in
Long Beach, CA. As an
Regulatory Administrator you will:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, engineering, quality, regulatory and supply chain to align commercial efforts in all phases of ideation and commercialization for cosmetics, medical devices, OTC, and monographed products.
- Demonstrated experience in the preparation and compilation of regulatory documents for global markets.
- Preparation and support of Master Product List on Ingredients for cosmetics/devices.
- Support IFU and labeling review deliverables directed by management.
- Proactively monitor changes in the regulatory environment and provide insight and recommendations on how to address them appropriately.
- Responsible for supporting requirements of Product Information Files for cosmetic registrations.
- Support gathering of documents related to MDR process.
- Track and upkeep various global registrations and regulatory trackers.
- Assist regulatory team and cross functional partners with strategy execution.
- Additional duties as assigned.
This is a

The ideal candidate will have
Mandatory Skills: - 3+ years of global experience in a regulated industry (FDA type); preferably in a Regulatory Affairs role; preferably in Medical Devices and Cosmetics.
- Bachelor's degree; preferably in Chemistry, Engineering, or Business
- Excellent writing skills, preferably in global technical files and submission documents.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects/countries.
- Proficient at managing tactical steps to push tasks forward.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Working computer knowledge in Windows environment (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
Pay Rate: $35.00 to 38.50 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
