POSITION SUMMARY Radiology Associates of Canton (RAC), a Radiology Partners practice is experiencing continual growth in Ohio. Physician owned and operated, they are committed to providing compassionate, cost effective, high quality services. The group consists of 29 sub-specialized radiologists, PA's and an RA.
Radiology Associates of Canton, a Radiology Partners practice is seeking a General Radiologist, any sub-specialty trained, to join our expanding practice and help grow our service lines. This is a full-time, partnership track position. Each physician sees approximately 14,000 RVU's annually and the hospital is a level 2 trauma center. The department offers MRI, CT, US, Nuclear Medicine, fluoro and PET/CT. The Breast Center offers digital mammography, tomosynthesis and DEXA. In addition to imaging, there will be light IR procedures such as Para's, Thora's, biopsies and drainages, etc.

- Very light backup call schedule: 9 weeks of call per year

LOCAL PRACTICE AND COMMUNITY OVERVIEW Radiology Associates of Canton was established in 1971 and serves Aultman Hospital main campus, Aultman Orrville Hospital, Aultman Alliance Community Hospital, Southwest General Hospital and other locations in Cuyahoga, Stark, Tuscarawas and Wayne Counties.
In addition to interpretive and procedural services, Radiology Associates of Canton partners with Aultman, Mercy and NEOMED to offer a four-year ACGME accredited residency training program in diagnostic radiology. We provide a complete learning experience with dedicated instruction in each subspecialty of radiology.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Board certified by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
- MQSA certification is a plus!
- Fellowship in any sub-specialty is desirable but not required
- The ideal candidate will:
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Be licensed in the state of OH
