Job Summary: The Shunting Driver is responsible for allocating and spotting all trailers, as well as loading and unloading products at the Wakefield plant. This position requires a CDL with a tanker endorsement and the ability to work safely and efficiently within a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Allocate and spot trailers for loading and unloading
• Coordinate trailer inspection and repairs
• Verify and secure trailer integrity for transportation
• Perform routine temperature checks and other reefer unit tasks
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory policies
• Be available for overtime and holiday work when necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL with a tanker endorsement
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Clear driving record and compliance with DOT regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
