Job Description Production Supervisor , 4-10 hour days, 5-10 years experience in the Process Industries or 1-5 years with a Technical background. Responsibilities: Coordinate the daily activities of the production personnel. Delegate production assignments to appropriate personnel. Order all raw materials and supplies necessary to meet the production schedule. Work with production personnel and maintenance department to run the department efficiently with good quality and efficiency. Continually strive to improve quality and productivity within the department. Adhere to and advocate all safety policies and procedures. Qualifications: BS degree. 1-5 years experience, or 5-10 years experience without a degree. Previous experience in production, manufacturing, engineering, or other related fields.
