What we expect: Job duties include but are not limited to: Conduct all opening procedures including obtaining pool keys, unlocking all cabinets, setting up amenities, and phones. Properly register hotel guests into the Pool Area. Provide information and assistance to guests as requested. Give guests an orientation and familiarize them with all resort services and hours of operation. Wipe down, set up and move, when necessary, all pool deck equipment. Report equipment malfunctions promptly and accurately. Ensure safety procedures are followed and notify Security of any accident or injury. Enforce health club rules and regulations with guests. Clean the pool, Jacuzzi, deck and tiles. Ideal candidate will have: Previous experience and knowledge of Food and Beverage is preferred. The ability to stand during an entire work shift is required. Work authorization in the United States. Ability to carry and balance a tray and accurately process cash and credit card transactions. This position REQUIRES an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. Requires proficiency in the English language.
