Assistant Maintenance Manager Department: Residential Employment Type: Full Time Location: BLVD Forty-Four Reporting To: Josue Gutierrez Compensation: $28.00 - $32.00 / hour Description The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor of our high-rise, luxury apartment building, is responsible for helping the operational management, daily leadership, and administration of the engineering team with the objectives of safely, efficiently and effectively operating machinery and systems in a cost-effective manner.
