Our Culinary and Baking Department is seeking a part-time faculty member to teach Culinary and/or Baking course. This position will p rovide quality instruction in all delivery methods and formats within the Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry Programs. The faculty member’s relationship with the student is one of the teachers of record and facilitator of learning. This position will offer Culinary class and lab instruction in accordance and aligned with Culinary program curriculum, and accreditation standards.
Qualifications:
- Associate of Applied Science in Culinary Arts or Equivalent
- Five (5) years of experience in the Culinary Field as Head Chef or Executive Chef
- Demonstrated culinary skills and the ability to organize and prepare relevant materials for effective presentation in a classroom environment and the ability to teach
