POSITION: Staff Physician-FQHC/Pediatrician
SALARY: $265,000- $275,000 Annual Salary
LOCATION: San Leandro
SCHEDULE: Full-Time/Part-Time, Monday-Friday, Day shift

The Davis Street Primary Care Center is a licensed, Federally Qualified Health Center providing high quality, accessible and affordable primary medical care. Our clinic provides a full range of services, including wellness checkups, preventive care, chronic disease management, health screenings and more.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to expand your medical expertise and make a meaningful impact on our community. This position, available for both full-time and part-time commitment during standard Monday-Friday day shifts, welcomes new graduates to join the collaborative team. Ideal for individuals eager to broaden their knowledge in Family Medicine, this role provides an enriching environment for professional growth.
Responsibilities
  • Provides medical services to patients in a community clinic setting
  • Diagnoses diseases, conditions and illnesses
  • Coordinate and implement treatment plans, and proscribe medication as necessary
  • Provides leadership on prevention, diagnosis and treatments
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date medical records and charts
  • Code EMR for all services provided
  • Attends all Medical staff meetings and other meetings as required
  • Remains current on the policies and procedures of the clinic and in the practice of medicine
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited school of Medicine
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified
  • Current California physician license, DEA certification and BLS certification
  • Proficient using MS Office and EMR software
  • Dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of care to patients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Desire to work with culturally diverse populations and varied socio-economic levels
