Dispatcher Job Description: The Dispatcher expedites communications and dispatches company personnel and/or vehicles. This role is responsible for logging, reporting, and communicating all moments that require dispatching. Job Specifications: Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00 Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time Skill Level: Entry Level Job Responsibilities: Communicating effectively with guests, employees, and managers in a positive, productive, and efficient manner. Assisting with general office and administrative duties, including but not limited to, scanning, mail retrieval, answering emails, and phone calls in a professional, courteous manner. Managing the Dispatch System for On Demand Service “Downtowner”. Taking ownership of charter reservations for weddings, group events, and other charter services. Other duties as assigned.
