Position Details: - Shifts:
- 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (in-house)
- 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (off-site call)
- Shifts per Month: One block of dates per month
- Average ICU Patients per Day: 13
- Total Beds: 200
- ICU Beds: 12
- Required to Supervise: APPs (minimal oversight)
- EMR System: Cerner
- Credentialing Timeline: 30-45 days
- ICU Patients Only: This position focuses exclusively on ICU patients
Additional Requirements: - Board Certification: Pulmonary Critical Care (Required)
- Licensing: Active Iowa License (Required; no IMLC or non-licensed candidates)
- Certifications: ACLS, DEA, CSR (Required)
- COVID-19 Vaccine: Required
- Overnight Call: Yes, off-site call required
