We are seeking an experienced and skilled Front of House Service Manager to lead our front of house team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate a professional sales team. The Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring our service operations run smoothly and efficiently, while also providing an exceptional customer experience.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage and direct the service team to ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner

- Oversee all aspects of service operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and labor allocation

- Develop and implement service strategies to increase customer satisfaction and drive sales

- Train and mentor service team to improve their skills and knowledge

- Collaborate with the team to identify upsell opportunities and increase revenue

- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

- Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service, with a focus on providing a positive experience for every customer

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment with your team. These include maintaining weekly cleaning tasks and daily sidework tasks.

**Skills:**

- Excellent communication. Not afraid to give constuctive criticism when needed.

- Multi tasking is a must. Ability to maintain standards when multiple things are happending at once.

- Experience with wine service. How to properly open and pour a bottle of wine.

- Experience in training

- Strong service writing skills

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to upsell and promote services to customers

- Strong organizational and management skills

- Ability to work well under pressure

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
