Position Summary:

The Production Manager is responsible for guiding and coaching employees to meet production goals while ensuring safety and a positive work environment. This role drives operational excellence and promotes a culture of continuous improvement in line with company objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage operating and capital budgets
• Ensure key performance metrics (yield, efficiency, line speed, etc.) are met.
• Implement processes to improve safety outcomes.
• Provide ongoing training to develop leadership and technical skills of staff.
• Innovate to improve operational performance and product quality.
• Align team efforts with company goals on products, profitability, and sustainability.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of management experience in the food and beverage manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry procedures (HACCP, SPC).
• Strong leadership track record with a focus on achieving results.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
