Trinity Industries is seeking a dedicated Summer Intern to join our team and assist in researching ways to enhance our social responsibility standing, with a particular focus on employee engagement, health, and overall experience. Responsibilities

• Conduct research on best practices for improving social responsibility within the company.
• Analyze data and trends related to employee engagement, health, and experience.
• Develop and propose innovative strategies to enhance our social responsibility initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to implement and evaluate these strategies.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Education: Currently pursuing an undergraduate or early graduate degree in Social Responsibility, Employee Relations, Public Policy, or a related field.
• Skills: Advanced interpersonal skills, creativity with purpose, and the ability to think and work analytically when required.
• Additional Attributes: Strong research capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for social responsibility and employee well-being.
