About the Position:

We are working with a national trial boutique that is seeking a litigator with 1 or more years of complex litigation and/or federal clerkship experience to join as an associate in its Chicago office. This dynamic law firm focuses exclusively on high-stakes litigation, and represents a range of clients including Fortune 500 corporations, pharmaceutical companies, and publicly held companies.

Responsibilities:

· Represent clients in complex litigation in federal and state courts

· Handle all stages of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeals

Required Qualifications:

· 1 or more years of experience, including litigating cases involving products liability, antitrust, IP, and commercial matters

· Previous clerkship or substantial law firm litigation experience preferred
