Duration: 6 months contract (W2 hourly without benefits)

Job Description:

· As a Business Analyst, you will require a high degree of collaboration and facilitation within the team and across the enterprise, including senior management, as well as have the ability to translate business needs into strategies and formulate plans with focused execution.

· The Business Analysts’ initial focus will be supporting the local PM on delivery and execution, tracking , recording, and controlling all project artefacts.

Principal Accountabilities:

· Understand customer needs and the business environment and translate into business requirements.

· Work closely with project PM to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.

· Support local PM on delivery and execution, tracking, recording, and controlling all project artefacts.

· Ensure all requirements have suitable benefits associated with it and full traceability on ownership of requirement and success criteria for each requirement.

· Perform in-depth impact assessment of proposed changes on processes, data and systems and formally document.

· Perform data analysis and clean up for Cedar data

Experience/ Skills:

· Minimum of 2 years relevant experience, preferred 4 years.

Skills / competencies:

· Excellent analytical skill, strong Excel

· Ability to problem solve

· A Self-Starter

· Experience in fast paced environment.

· Delivery and Project implementation focused
