Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Job Description:
- The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the receiving, storing, packing and shipping of merchandise or materials.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Maintains stock records and schedules.
- Responsible for directing, training and motivating hourly UAW employees in a world class logistics facility.
- Responsible for all operations goals and targets pertaining to safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale and the environment.
- Active involvement with the workforce to improve operations through continuous improvement activities.
Requirements:
- Manufacturing experience (2 years minimum).
- Previous Warehouse Supervisory experience (2 years minimum).
- MUST be able to work any shift schedule and/or OT as needed.
- Candidate should be able to hit the ground running with little supervision.
Preferred Requirements:
- Union Environment Experience.
