The HR intern is to support HR team members for daily operation such as:.

Promotional materials and video production to assist in promoting the employer brand.

Using images and text to document company events, highlighting positive employee experiences.

Assists in employee activity or event.

As a member of service center.

Follows up on team member’s action of creating or improving SOP.

Organizes and archives HR documents for HR knowledge management.

Submits purchasing order (MRO) for HR usage.

Other tasks assigned by HR manager.

Qualifications:

Multimedia design and production.

Skilled in using social media.

Passion for learning human resources management.

Microsoft Office proficiency.

Education:

Major in Human Resources or Marketing, with graduation within the last two years.
