Manage paid media buying, strategy, and planning for Facebook / Instagram, Pinterest, and other Social Media platforms. This includes, but is not limited to, media plan slide creation and presentation, social buying, tagging, optimization, and reporting for a set of portfolio brands.
About the Role
Plan campaign strategies and tactics closely with an internal Media Team, as well as media and creative agency partners. Full-funnel planning and execution. Collaborate with CRM and eCOMM teams to support more lower-funnel initiatives. Lead and manage daily media optimizations, collaborating with brand teams and their respective creative agencies to lead social creative optimization and recommendation process. Lead and facilitate creative best-practice workshops with agencies and platform reps to ensure data and insights are integrated into briefs and plans. Ideation of social media innovation and learning agenda across portfolio, brands, and social media partners. Help manage the administration and billing operations across social media accounts and media agency budget tracking/operation tools: responsible for budget tracking, full budget delivery, and actualization tracking.

Qualifications
At least 3-5 years of experience in paid social media; preferably directly managing paid social for a major consumer packaged goods or luxury brand. BA or equivalent with emphasis on coursework in marketing, advertising, business; preferably a degree in economics, mathematics or statistics. Expert Excel skills and a comfort with pivot tables. Experience in using social media analytics platforms such as Sprinklr or native channel analytics such as Facebook Insights/Business Manager, Pinterest, etc. Proven ability of managing a large volume of projects and requests, while knowing how to prioritize workload.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with social listening platforms.
