Job Title: Personal Injury Attorney (They have multiple offices across California)

Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney across California. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse caseload of personal injury cases, including automobile accidents, slip and fall, wrongful death claims, etc. You will represent clients from initial consultation through settlement or trial, providing strategic legal advice and support.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of personal injury cases, including drafting legal documents and managing case strategy.
• Represent clients in court, depositions, and negotiations.
• Advise clients on their legal rights and options.
• Negotiate settlements and collaborate with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and meet all deadlines.

Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school and active California bar license.
• 3-5 years of personal injury experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently in a remote setting.
