LEAD Application Engineer, Rocky Hill, CT

YOUR ROLE

  • Contributes to strategic, tactical planning. Identifies, drives new business development activities.
  • Supports R&D projects critical to business.
  • Generates test plans and/or experiments.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on projects/technologies for external customer, internal teams and management.
  • Identify new opportunities for product development and work with development project teams to bring these opportunities to market.


YOUR SKILLS

  • B.S. Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or Material Science.
  • 6 to 10 years of demonstrated related experience, preferably with adhesives.
  • Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership, sense of urgency, self-starter – takes the initiative.
  • Customer support experience (providing product application training).
  • Potential for up to 30% overnight travel per year.


The salary for this role is $90,000.00 - $108,000.00.
