Group Assistance/Office admin/Office manager/Administrator:
This onsite position provides general administrative support within the Business Support team. This role's core priority is overseeing equipment and space. Focusing on management, tracking, upgrade, set-up, distribution, and ensuring quality of equipment and office set ups. Daily tasks also include managing PO's, team support, and providing other miscellaneous administrative support as well as completing special projects as assigned. Enforces policies and/or procedures.
Skills:
- 1-3 years administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication, organization and project management skills; willingness to assist members of a team, and ability to relate well with diverse individuals.
- Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills a must.
- Working knowledge of MSOffice (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) preferred.
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between CAD $52000 - $68000 annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
