• Answer phones
• Create messages (capture full information)
• Scheduling/appointment scheduling in EPIC (healthconnect)
• Research

Skills Manager is seeking

• 3 + yrs experience in healthcare and customer service
• 1+ yrs experience working with updating data/information accurately
• Excellent Customer Service
