Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm

- Answer phones
- Create messages (capture full information)
- Scheduling/appointment scheduling in EPIC (healthconnect)
- Research
Skills Manager is seeking
- 3 + yrs experience in healthcare and customer service
- 1+ yrs experience working with updating data/information accurately
- Excellent Customer Service
