Position Overview:

We’re seeking a Senior AI/Data Researcher to lead groundbreaking research and development in data platforms and AI technologies.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Define research goals and collaborate with university researchers on emerging AI/data technologies.
• Develop scalable, high-performance data platforms for applications across supply chain, marketing, mobility, and more.
• Innovate data solutions for enhanced performance, security, and reliability.
• Conduct PoC/benchmarks to evaluate data services and capabilities.
• Publish research, secure patents, and establish collaborations with academic and industry leaders.
• Mentor junior researchers and present findings to leadership.

What You Bring:

• Education: PhD in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or a related field.

• Experience:
• 5+ years of R&D experience with proven patents/publications.
• 3+ years in data infrastructure, distributed cloud systems, or advanced data platforms.
• Hands-on expertise in Python, SQL/NoSQL, Kafka, Spark, and data technologies

• Skills:
• Deep knowledge of data domains (ingest, integration, processing, analytics).
• Familiarity with distributed cloud architecture and observability tools.
• Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
